Construction of new link road as an enabling package for a new business park adjacent to the A580 East Lancs Road, including:
General site clearance, new highway drainage and sewer connection, extensive earthworks, new Carriageway surfacing & road markings, new road kerbs & edgings, tactile crossing paving, and flexible footpath construction, installation of ductwork & builders works for lighting and traffic signals, installation of pedestrian guardrails. Includes the provision of Traffic Management where necessary.
