As part of the “Dow Foundation”, the Friends of Derby Park asked for help with funds to repair parts of their bowling area.
When Dowhigh announced that they had been awarded funds to help, Barbara Rouse and the team asked if we could help with new benches for the bowlers to use… and working with the Bootle Tool Shed, we were happy to help!
In August The Friends of Derby Park were pleased to confirm receipt of the benches, complete with plaques with recognition of funding from the Dow Foundation.
We’re pleased to help organisations such as this, providing assistance which benefits a range of people in the local area.
